We sit on Highland Avenue at the north end of Manhattan Beach — one block from the Strand, fifteen minutes from LAX.
- The Strand A block away — the beachfront path runs north to El Porto and south to the pier.
- North Manhattan Beach Cafés, breakfast spots, and small shops a few blocks down Highland.
- Manhattan Beach Pier A longer walk along the sand, or a quick ride down the Strand.
- LAX About fifteen minutes by car — north on Sepulveda.
